Sustainable event

We encourage the most sustainable forms of travel possible while recognizing that we all live and work in the circumstances that we do. For those participants who have committed themselves to limiting their international air travel, we thank you for choosing Chronic Living.

Copenhagen is relatively well connected by rail for those travelling from within Europe. Here's one useful guide.

And while in Copenhagen, do take advantage of the amazing public transportation and/or biking infrastructure.

We will work together with our conference venue to incorporate sustainable conference practices with inspiration from the Sustainable Event Guide that our colleagues at the Copenhagen Business School have prepared.

Chronic Living is the final conference of the research project “The Vitality of Disease – Quality of Life in the Making” funded by the European Research Council (ERC) under the European Union’s
Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (grant agreement 63927 – VITAL).
